Last week was the kids spring break, since BJ was starting a new job and couldn't take time off we obviously couldnt' go anywhere. So I decided that each day we would do something little that we don't do very often.
Monday we had a picnic outside witht the neighbors. Doesn't sound too exciting, but the kids thought it was great!
Tuesday we went to Daylight Donuts in the morning for breakfast. I got a migrain on the way home so that was it for the day of fun! Except for Brayden got to go to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point. (Thanks Emily!!)
Wednesday we went to Artic Circle for lunch with friends. They loved playing on the toys.
Thursday Brayden got to go to Farm Country at Thanksgiving Point(Thanks Emily, again)
Friday I took the kids to Discovery Park to play for a while. Adi and Jace loved it, but Brayden was wanting to get back to play with his friends, guess we aren't fun enough for him!
Saturday uncle Mike came over after fishing with BJ and played with the kids and had dinner with us.(Thanks Mike, we had fun seeing you)
We didn't do much but it was fun to have 1 thing to stand out that we did each day even if it was small. Adi would have been content doing nothing because she got to play with Lexi almost everyday and didn't have to play with just the boys. So she got to play Barbies and princesses and dress ups, she was in heaven! Brayden is happy when he can just play with his friends! It was a nice break from school, but they both were so happy to go to school this morning!
