Round Up Week

Lehi Round Up days came and went again, and we tried to do as much as we could and had a great time! Tuesday we went to the movie in the park. It was Alvin and the Chipmunks this year, the kids had such a good time!! I went over a few hours early and staked us out a place to sit, we had great seats! We went with Julianne and Megan again and the kids had so much fun running and dancing around till the movie started. I started out with all 3 kids, but about the time the movie started Jace decided he was tired and wanted to go home, so I called BJ and he came over and met me and took Jace home. The rest of us stayed and finished the movie and had a great time!

Thursday was the horse parade and rodeo. The kids look forward to this night every year! They love the rodeo!! We took Jace this year and he loved it! He was so good after each bareback he would say "do it again!" and he loves telling how they tie up the cows toes, it is so funny! BJ of course hates the rodeo and tells me how he is not going the next year, we'll see!!

Friday was the float parade and of course we had to go to that too. It was so hot, but fun to see all the ward floats and marching bands and stuff, and of course they throw candy so you can't complain. Julianne and I staked out a primo spot that was in the shade so it really wasn't that bad, and again we had a blast!

Our wards float. They did a great job!! Brayden wanted to walk in the parade with the ward, but I was a mean mom and told him it was LONG and would be HOT and he would get NO candy, that did the trick!!

And this is how BJ enjoyed the parade!! Isn't he a ton of fun, atleast he came though, right!!
