Halloween Season

Halloween season this year was fun! We had a few Halloween parties we got to go to and so the kids got to wear their costumes a few different times this year. We had Grandma Bus' annual halloween party and it was fun as always. It was at the church this year which gave the kids a ton more room to run and play around and all the cousins were their so they had a blast with all of them. Then the next night we had our ward Halloween party so they dressed up again. Then the next day was Brayden's halloween party at school so he got to dress up again for that and I got to go help with the party. I had to do a game so we played pin the grin on the pumpkin. It turned out cute and the kids had a fun time. Then finally it was Halloween, so of course they dressed up once more! Brayden, of course, was an elephant(again), Adi was, of course, Cinderella(again), and Jace was a lion, and a devil. For the first 2 parties Jace was a lion, but the costume was too small, so on Halloween day I pulled out the old costume tub to see if any of Brayden's old costumes would fit and I found the devil ears, tail and pitch fork, and I rememberd his cute little shirt that said "mommy's little devil", so we dressed him up as a devil! I had to take the kids around to see aunt Bean at her work, and then BJ at his work. Everyone said they were so cute and they got a ton of candy from dads work, everyone they saw gave them candy! It must have been pretty exhausting because "Cinderella" passed right out as soon as we got in the car!! When BJ got home we bundled up the kids and went trick or treating around our block. It was plenty, the kids buckets were full!! Brayden was excited to get home and pass out our candy to the trick or treaters, unfortunatley we didn't have that many, but they had a good time anyways. It was a fun night and a fun Halloween season!
