Christmas

We had a very good Christmas this year. Santa found us and the kids got way too much crap that I will now have to pack up when we move. As Brayden says he loves Christmas because that is when we get to spend time with our families. I couldn't agree more!
Brayden got the flu Saturday(the 23rd), but luckily we was all better by Christmas Eve. Later that night we went to Temple Square to see the lights. That has kind of become a tradition for us to do on Christmas Eve. After the lights we came back to our house and had dinner and played a game and just hung out till it was time to go to bed. I had kept all of the kids presents at my moms house since we have no storage in our house, so Christmas eve mom brought all the stuff to our house. Well as they were getting ready to leave she realized she had left Brayden's "santa" present at her house. So once they got back home Kev got it and drove half way back to meet BJ so Brayden would have his present. Next year I will keep all the presents at our house since we will have storage space!!

Christmas morning was fun with the kids. We didn't get up too early so that was nice. Brayden woke up around 7:00 and came in and watched tv till 7:30 when BJ went and woke up Adi. That is the only day of the year that BJ actually gets up and is hurrying us along! It was so fun to watch the kids! We didn't have to be anywhere till 1:00 so we got to relax and the kids got to play with their toys. The rest of the day was pretty busy visiting family. We had Christmas with BJ's family on Thursday(28th)and once again the kids got way too much! We had a good time and it was nice to see everyone again!
The week between christmas and New Year's both BJ and I got the flu, but are all better now and hope that we can all stay healthy for awhile.
